The entire product catalog has a 1-year warranty.
Our warranty includes reasonable wear and tear.
If the product is damaged in a way we see as unreasonable, the warranty will not be applied.
If there`s an option to recover a damaged product, it`ll cost a fee that`ll be determined on any occasion separately.

We make sure not to use costumers personal details registered on the website except for the operation of the website and the purchase process.

Order cancellations will be handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
You may cancel your order within 3 days of purchase.

Returns & Replaces
Every order* could be returned in up to 14 business days from the supply day, In case the product is brand new and not used.
In case of returns, the refund will be provided by the payment method you choose when the product has been returned to the studio.
If you want to return or replace a product, please contact us by Email/Phone/Instagram.
*Besides costume-made orders that are not returnable/replaceable.
